Each school may submit as many competitors as they wish.

A declaration of the rig must be made at least five days before the event. For late entries an email received no later than 1700 on September 4th 2006, which clearly identifies the school, skipper and rig to be used will satisfy this requirement. All entries, which have not clearly indicated in advance the rig to be used, will compete as a full rig.

TEAM - Each competing team shall consist of 1 skipper and 1 crew per boat with three boats per team.
REGISTRATION - Registration and Entry Fees must be received at the US SAILING Center, Martin County no later than Saturday, November 26th. The Entry Fee is $300/team. All late registrations received after Nov. 26th will be charged an additional $50 late fee per team.

US SAILING’s 2006 Rolex Miami OCR is a mandatory event for all classes.
The ranking system for the 2006 US Sailing Team also determines the athletes who will be selected to compete in the 2006 World Sailing Games, which will be held May 10-20 in Austria, and the 2006 Olympic Test event, scheduled for August 18-31 in China.

Space is extremely limited on the rotation boats and each team will be limited to a maximum of only one coach and two alternates on the USF rotation boats. Teams planning on bringing additional spectators/alternates are welcome to bring their own boats. Registration is on a first paid/first allowed basis. Format:
12 FJ's and 12 420's. "A" division will sail USF FJ's for the entire regatta while "B" division will sail 420's for the entire regatta sailing out of USF
Spectators: Winston Bridges, a USF prof, has volunteered to take parents out on his 40+ foot sailboat. No students, just parents, please.
