Registrations will be accepted first from Inland Area teams whose registrations are received by Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008, in the order they are received. Coastal registrations will then be accepted in the order received. All registrations should be received by Wayne Cutler no later than Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008.

In order to accommodate a larger number of teams, single-division entries may be assigned to sail non-rotating 420s.
WARNING: the University of Tennessee plays a home game on September 20, and motel space will be extremely scarce.

Space is extremely limited on the rotation boats and each team will be limited to a maximum of only one coach and two alternates on the USF rotation boats.

OPEN / EXHIBITION TEAM RACING: If the race committee completes a full round robin of fleet racing on Saturday all competitors are invited to participate in a 3 on 3 team race on Sunday. If a school cannot field a complete team, (6 sailors) a race committee representative will mix and match sailors from other schools that wish to participate. The goal of this Open Team Race will be to promote the fun side of team racing in a low stress -- non-points competition. 9 am report time for all interested sailors.

Space at this regatta is always very tight, teams are encouraged to send their entries in quickly. After 12 teams are accepted, additional schools will be notified that they will be added to a waiting list or will need to find a 420 &/or FJ. Teams that cancel or no-show after Thursday, February 3rd shall forfeit their entry fee.
The regatta will be sailed in FJs and 420s.
"A" division will sail USF FJs for the entire regatta while "B" division will sail the St. Petersburg Yacht Club 420s for the entire regatta.

In 24 Vanguard 15s: Port Angeles is approximately 3 hr by car from SeaTac Airport in Seattle. Renting a van may be the best mode of transportation to the site. Local sailing conditions are regularly calm in the morning with wind building to 12 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Air temperature will be around 60 F and water temperature around 40 F.
Friday, May 13th will be a practice day, and the fleet may be available earlier in the week for teams arriving before Friday. ENTRY- NOR: 4 HSs from SAISA.

The three day 420 clinic will emphasize crew and skipper mechanics, rules and strategy. While the two day Laser clinic emphasizes boat handling, and stamina.
