SAISA South Points #1 Regatta (ISSA Davis Island Yacht Club September 20, 2008 Regatta Highlights: Winds E/NE at 8-10 knots dying around 2pm and shifting West/Southwest. Winds slowly filled in at 1-5 knots. Difficult to set true upwind and downwind legs due to the 20-40 degree shifts and variable pressure. Wind completely shut off at 4:30pm followed by a squall around 6pm producing rain and microbursts near 50 knots.
